Server Components and Monitoring
All sites are hosted on Dual Processor Quad Core Dedicated Intel based servers on our preferred operating system - RedHat's Linux Enterprise. Redundant components are used to ensure uptime and minimize failures.
Our servers are located in secure datacenters and the hardware and connectivity of our systems is monitored 24/7 by Datacenter personnel. In addition to this the servers all have self correcting software monitors that attempt to correct many of the more common problems associated with virtual hosting environments. We also have our own custom remote monitoring system that pages the responsible staff members when there is an outage of any major service.

Overloaded Servers? Not with us!
We do not overload our servers with accounts. Each 'signup' server is monitored to ensure that it is able to handle the sites that we place on it. Once we feel it is time to setup a new server, we do so. We do not have a specific number of accounts hosted on each server as this depends on the type of sites hosted and the amount of generated traffic.
